Pattie Reed Jones joined the team at Reed Insurance in January 2004. Pattie is a second-generation insurance agent, the daughter of Paul Reed, founder of Reed Insurance.  She is a lifelong resident of Concordia Parish and has been involved in the community in many ways including children’s sports programs and working with children at her church.  She is the founder of Operation GRITS which is dedicated to showing appreciation to our soldiers serving overseas during Christmas. 

In her free time, she and her husband Eddie enjoy entertaining friends and their six children and sixteen grandchildren at their home.   As motorcycling enthusiasts, they also love to ride the backroads of the U.S.

Melissa is a personal lines customer service specialist. Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and hanging out with her friends. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys shopping, organizing, and decorating different areas of her office and home. Melissa has two boys, Ryland and Watson.

Watson, her younger, forever 4-year-old son, passed away in September of 2023 from a rare brain cancer. In his memory, Melissa and her family have established the Watson Strong Foundation. Despite the profound loss, Melissa finds comfort in cherishing memories with Ryland, helping charities who helped her through the difficult time, such as relay for life and St. Jude, and honoring Watson's legacy through the foundation.

Joan has been a member of the Reed Insurance team since January of 2022. She is working alongside Charlie Hugg in our commercial lines department, handling the smaller commercial business accounts. She has 24 years experience in the retail and commercial professional industries, and has also worked with Non-Profit Organizations. She is a 2011 graduate from Hodge’s University in Lakeland, FL, where she raised her two boys for 20 years. Joan and her husband, Joseph, are happily married with three boys, Andrew, Eddie, and Johnny, a daughter-in-love, Cera, and are new grandparents to Magnus Ray. Joan is passionate about mission work though her local church, FBC Vidalia.

Charlie is the newest member of our team and works in our commercial lines and business department. He has a passion for service and helping others. When he is not here at the office making everyone smile and laugh, he enjoys watching college sports (Geaux Tigers!), playing music, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Rani, and step-son, Layton.

Madi is the social media and marketing specialist for our team. She manages all of our social media accounts, including our YouTube channel, Beaux Knows Insurance. She joined our team in August of 2019.  Madi enjoys traveling with her husband, Jose, and hanging around her family and friends. In May of 2023 she graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance.

Beaux is Reed Insurance's fearless leader. He is passionate about helping others and ensuring his team is well-taken care of. He leads an amazing culture here at Reed Insurance and is always happy to help by answering questions or helping agents understand how to better service our customers. When he is not working (which is rare), he enjoys running, hiking, traveling the world with his wife, Beth, napping with his cats, playing with his grandkids, and spending quality time with his family.
